The educational board chaired by professor Søren K. Kær, is responsible for recruitment of PhD students and postdocs, organizing workshops and symposia, as well as coordinating student exchange and supervision within the consortium.
A close collaboration with the HyFC Academy program (formerly funded by Danish Research Agency), where more than 35 PhD studies have been successfully completed, has been established at a European level. In addition, master programs will also be in focus.
Finally, the development of people and especially training of new research leaders is a focus of the educational board.
